RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RYNOW Trading, we are committed to providing 100% genuine products and professional after-sales service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims. By placing an order with RYNOW Trading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.


🔴 IMPORTANT

Please read the following carefully before requesting a return, refund or exchange.

  • Returns are NOT automatically approved upon request.

  • Every returned item will undergo inspection before any refund, exchange or Store Credit is approved.

  • Do NOT return any product without prior approval from RYNOW Trading.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video immediately upon receiving their parcel.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be delayed or rejected.

  • RYNOW Trading reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.


1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Change of mind returns may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery.

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be brand new, unused and in 100% resaleable condition.

  • Remain factory sealed where applicable.

  • Not be activated, registered, paired or linked to any account.

  • Not be installed or mounted.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, protective materials and promotional gifts.

  • Be returned together with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

🔴 IMPORTANT

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of:

  • Usage

  • Installation

  • Activation

  • Registration

  • Firmware updates

  • Missing accessories

  • Torn factory seals

  • Damaged packaging

  • Scratches, dents or cosmetic damage

  • Dirt, fingerprints or other signs of use

  • Missing or altered serial number labels

Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:

  • A minimum 20% Restocking Fee

  • Non-refundable original shipping charges

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping costs

  • Refund issued as Store Credit only, unless otherwise required by applicable law


2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are generally NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Opened factory-sealed products

  • Used products

  • Installed products

  • Activated or registered products

  • Products linked to user accounts or mobile applications

  • Products with damaged, removed or altered serial numbers

  • Clearance or Final Sale products

  • Special-order or customised products

  • Software, digital products, downloadable content and gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, accidental damage or unauthorised modifications

  • Products with missing accessories, manuals or original packaging

  • Products redeemed under manufacturer promotions, cashback campaigns or registration programmes


3. PRODUCT INSPECTION

All returned products will undergo inspection before any return request is approved.

Inspection may include:

  • Product condition

  • Original packaging

  • Accessories

  • Serial number verification

  • Factory seal verification

  • Product activation status

  • Warranty registration status

  • Physical condition

  • Functional testing where applicable

🔴 PLEASE NOTE

Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Refunds, exchanges or Store Credit will only be processed after the inspection has been completed.


4. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

  • A product with a manufacturing defect upon arrival (DOA)

Please notify us within 3 calendar days after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order Number

  • Proof of Purchase

  • Product Serial Number

  • Photos of the parcel

  • Photos of the product

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

Where the claim is verified, RYNOW Trading may provide:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Store Credit

  • Refund (where applicable)

Where the issue is caused by our error or a verified manufacturing defect, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by RYNOW Trading.


5. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the authorised distributor's or manufacturer's warranty policy.

Warranty claims do NOT automatically qualify for refunds.

Products submitted for warranty service may be:

  • Inspected

  • Repaired

  • Replaced

  • Serviced

at the discretion of the authorised distributor or manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts

🔴 PLEASE NOTE

Warranty assessment and processing times are determined by the authorised distributor or manufacturer and are outside the control of RYNOW Trading.


6. EXCHANGES

Exchange requests may be accepted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Products must:

  • Remain unused

  • Be returned with complete original packaging

  • Be in resaleable condition

Approved exchanges may be subject to:

  • A minimum 20% Restocking Fee

  • Applicable price differences

  • Customer responsibility for return shipping costs


7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing, packing or shipment.

🔴 IMPORTANT

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to payment gateway charges, transaction fees or other non-recoverable administrative costs.


8. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise approved by RYNOW Trading:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Customers are encouraged to use a trackable courier service.

  • RYNOW Trading shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.


9. ANTI-FRAUD & SERIAL NUMBER VERIFICATION

To protect our customers and business, every product sold by RYNOW Trading is recorded with its unique serial number where applicable.

Returned products may be rejected if:

  • Serial numbers do not match our records.

  • Serial number labels have been removed or altered.

  • Products have been substituted or exchanged.

  • Evidence of tampering is found.

  • Components or accessories have been replaced.

RYNOW Trading reserves the right to reject any claim suspected to involve:

  • Product substitution

  • False defect claims

  • Component swapping

  • Fraudulent warranty claims

  • Repeated abuse of this Return Policy

Customers found to have repeatedly abused this policy may have future return requests declined or future orders refused.


10. NO FREE RENTAL POLICY

🔴 IMPORTANT

Products purchased for temporary use, short-term projects, commercial events, travel, photography sessions, videography productions, content creation or similar purposes and subsequently returned after use are NOT eligible for Change of Mind returns.

Products showing evidence of use, activation, installation, registration or reduced resale value may be rejected or may be subject to an appropriate restocking fee where permitted by applicable law.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, RYNOW Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, business interruption or loss of data arising from the use of products purchased from us.

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the affected product.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
