Shipping Policy

At RYNOW Trading, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours:

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order verification, payment confirmation, packing, and dispatch.

During promotional periods, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Coverage

RYNOW Trading currently ships within Malaysia, including:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Estimated Delivery Time

West Malaysia

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

East Malaysia

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, remote area accessibility, customs clearance procedures, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, RYNOW Trading may offer free shipping promotions subject to minimum purchase requirements or selected campaign terms.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via the contact details submitted during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.

If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact us for assistance.


Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

RYNOW Trading shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect recipient names,

  • Incomplete or inaccurate addresses,

  • Invalid contact information,

  • Failure to receive the parcel after courier delivery attempts.

Any re-delivery or re-shipment costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all parcels immediately upon receipt.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised, customers should:

  1. Take clear photographs of the parcel before opening;

  2. Record an unboxing video whenever possible;

  3. Notify RYNOW Trading within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping-related issues within the stated period may affect the outcome of any investigation or claim.


Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost during transit by the appointed courier service, RYNOW Trading will work with the courier provider to investigate the matter.

Replacement, store credit, or other remedies may be offered after the courier's investigation has been completed.

RYNOW Trading reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A product damaged during transit,

  • An incorrect item,

  • An item with missing components attributable to our fulfilment process,

please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number,

  • Photographs of the item and packaging,

  • Unboxing video evidence,

  • Details of the issue encountered.

Where the issue is verified to have resulted from our error, RYNOW Trading will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior approval from RYNOW Trading, any costs incurred, including return shipping charges, administrative fees, and restocking fees where applicable, may be deducted from any approved store credit or refund amount.


Force Majeure

RYNOW Trading shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters,

  • Floods,

  • Fires,

  • Epidemics or pandemics,

  • Government restrictions,

  • Labour disputes,

  • Courier disruptions,

  • Transportation failures.
